The pooja lagna should be a sirshodhaya lagna.That is the lagna should be one among Simha, Kanya, Thula, Vrischika, Kumbha and Mithuna.
If sirshodhaya lagna not available,make it sure that lagnalord occupies a sirshodhaya rasi.
Moon should not occupy the 2nd ,4th ,8th ,or 12th place from Pooja lagna.
The lord of Pooja lagna should not be retrograde.
The kendras of Pooja lagna should not be occupied by malefics;Sun,Mars and Sani.
If the name of the film is lengthy,the pooja should be performed in Simha,Kanya,Thula or in vrischika lagna.If the name of the film is of medium length,the pooja should be performed in Mithuna,Kataka,Dhanus or in Makara lagna. If the name of the film is very short,then the pooja should be performed in Mesha, Vrishaba, Kumbha or in Meena lagna. (At least the dwadasamsa lagna should be in accordance with the above mentioned formula.)
Deduct the sun’s longitude from the longitude of the moon.Add this to longitude of Pooja lagna.If this point falls in kendras(except4th)from pooja lagna and not in 4th, 6th, 8th or in 12th then it is good sign of a successful film.
If the navamsa lagna of pooja performance falls in chara rasi then the making of film would be easier and the schedule will be finished earlier
